How A Redefined Attendee Journey and Experience Scored an A+

LED with FLEX Technology
Audiences were drawn into the overall experience through unique visual elements that were incorporated into entryways, exhibit floor theaters, and sponsored exhibits:
Autodesk University main entry: Designed by Sparks and brought to life by Freeman, created a WOW moment as it welcomed attendees and kicked off their journey.
Autodesk capabilities: Visually engaging LED installations with interactive touchscreens animated exhibits on the expo floor.
Autodesk AI Booth: Utilized transparent LED graphics that helped emphasize the animation of the space and provided an interactive element for booth visitors.

Theaters and Executive Summit
Freeman managed three theaters on the exhibit floor, the AU theater in the Convention Center, and the executive summit — which also included a last-minute, off-site location change.
40+ breakouts and labs: Included panel discussions, live streaming, and demos that made it possible for attendees to learn about Autodesk software, view demonstrations, and experience products hands-on.
The Factory: an exclusive area that offered deeper engagement for specific user groups via an interactive workspace with structured experiences.
The Impact Neighborhood: An inspiring space for attendees to brainstorm on global challenges, fostering a sense of collaboration around meaningful topics.
Targeted Audience Solutions
Digital signage played a key role in providing essential information that connected the three locations where Autodesk University took place (San Diego Convention Center, Hilton Hotel, and Marriott), as well as offering flexible sponsorship opportunities.
The Sponsor Pavilion featured industry partners and offered larger installations with interactive elements and lighting as a way to better connect with Autodesk’s high-tech audience.
