Heather Kreager

Heather Kreager brings expertise leading global organizations and diverse businesses focused on a long-term view of growth and financial performance while also investing in a values-based culture.

Heather is Chief Executive Officer of Sammons Enterprises, Inc., a privately-owned global holding company of financial services, real estate investment, infrastructure and industrial equipment businesses. She joined the Dallas-based organization in 1985 and served as General Counsel for Sammons Enterprises, Inc. and Sammons Communications as well as President of Sammons Enterprises. Heather has served on the Executive Committee and Board since 2008.

In addition to her role as CEO of Sammons Enterprises, Inc., she is CEO for Sammons Equity Alliance, Inc., the holding company for Sammons’ real estate and investment businesses. She also serves as CEO of Sammons Infrastructure, which includes a range of traditional and renewable energy assets as well as conservation banking.

Heather serves on the Board of Guggenheim Capital, an international financial services firm, and KDC, a leading developer of corporate build-to-suit office space and work, live, play developments. She is a member of the Board of the parent company of Performance Trust Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank based in Chicago, as well as KERA, North Texas’ Public Broadcasting non-profit organization.

Heather graduated from Vanderbilt University, earned a JD from Southern Methodist University, and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
