Angie Baldwin serves as Chief Risk Officer and Treasurer at Freeman, where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic, reputational, operational, and financial risks, as well as leading the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy, procurement and supply chain, travel functions, along with enterprise risk management and safety initiatives. Angie partners across the business to identify, assess, and manage risks that may impact Freeman’s success, ensuring that the company has the financial flexibility and capital structure needed to achieve long-term objectives.

Before joining Freeman, Angie was Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Risk Management at Home Group, where she led treasury, insurance, risk management, investor relations, sourcing, and procurement. Prior to that, she spent 14 years at Hunt Oil Company, holding various finance, treasury, insurance, and risk roles. Angie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
