- 93.7% employee retention rate
- 37.9% of executive roles at Freeman held by women
- 34.2% employees at Freeman who identify as racially or ethnically diverse
- 393 lives saved through on-site blood drives
- 6629 US donations supporting the Kids in Need foundation

- 125 Moment Makers safety stars
- 7 Freeman branches without safety incidents through the entire year
- 1,000+ employees and union partners trained on safety practices via AI app
- 1024 hours
- 167 course completions
- 209 crisis management event venue plans
- 100% of employees completed safety compliance training
